Timeframe for Returns
You have a window of 30 days starting from the delivery date to send back your order. To start a return, please let us know at support@merakisisterhood.com. Ensure that all returned items are unused, unworn (if applicable), and remain in their original packaging with all attached tags. Returns will be unfortunately refused if you contact us after more than 30 days after the original delivery date.
Steps For Returns
Send an email to support@merakisisterhood.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure the product is packed well to avoid damage during transportation. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
