1. When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday–Friday).
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the United States typically takes 2-4 working days (Monday–Friday).
3. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders within the United States.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
5. What should I do if my order is delayed?
If processing + shipping time has passed, please allow an extra 2 working days. If your order still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@merakisisterhood.com. Processed orders cannot be cancelled.
7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please take photos of the issue and email them to support@merakisisterhood.com. We will send a replacement or the correct item.
8. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
9. How do I request a return or exchange?
Email support@merakisisterhood.com with your order details. Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted. Exchanges are also available, just contact us with the requested item.
10. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect your returned item. No restocking fees apply.
11. Is the Retail Delivery Fee charged separately?
While the Retail Delivery Fee is required by law on qualifying orders, we absorb this fee on your behalf.
